Willow Environmental, LLC. conducts thorough mold inspections and gives recommendations on removing the mold, but for ethical reasons, we do not do any mold remediation. We strongly believe it’s a conflict of interest. By keeping our mold inspection separate from any needed remediation, we ensure you get an honest assessment on the condition of your job.  We do charge a fee for this service but are certain that if you hire Willow Environmental, LLC you will find that by investing a little money at the beginning of the process you can actually save money by the end.

 

A mold inspection may help you consolidate the work area, avoid unnecessary removal costs, or possibly avoid remediation altogether. If mold remediation is necessary we will be happy to provide contact information on mold remediation companies that other clients have used and been pleased with the outcome.

 

 

Full Mold Inspection: $350 + $75 per Sample

 

We will perform a full visual inspection of the house. The inspection includes crawl space, basement, living spaces, attic, and garage. Areas must be reasonably accessible to be inspected. Inspections usually take 1.5-2 hours on site.​

• Samples to be analyzed by an independent accredited Lab.

• Written report complete with lab results, pictures and recommendations will be emailed in 3-4 business days. Your inspector will be available to discuss any questions you may have by phone, text or email. Always.

 

One Area Swab Sampling Inspection: $350.00

 

We will perform a limited visual inspection of the area of concern. Moisture meter, temperature and relative humidity readings may be taken if needed.

• One direct sample of suspect mold growth with a sterile swab or tape lift.

• Sample to be analyzed by an independent accredited Lab.

• Written report with lab results, pictures and recommendations will be emailed in 3-4 business days. Your inspector will be available to discuss any questions you may have by phone, text or email. Always

• Additional samples are $75.00 each

 

Mold Clearance Inspections: $350.00 plus $75.00 per sample

 

Mold clearance inspections are performed to confirm that the mold remediation efforts were successful.

• Includes a full visual inspection of the work site and surrounding area to make sure the job is complete. The number of samples taken will be determined by the size and scope of the job.

• Samples to be analyzed by an independent accredited Lab

• Written report complete with lab results, pictures and conclusion will be emailed in 3-4 business days. Your inspector will be available to discuss any questions you may have by phone, text or email. Always

 

Additional fees may be imposed for large square footage, multiple buildings, difficult access, etc. Please bring up any unusual conditions when you call to schedule.
